Family Series 1: Mental Health
Family Suicide Prevention Education –. Whether it is our parents, children, friends, neighbors or strangers, life can seem overwhelming and the pain too difficult to see beyond. This can sometimes result in individuals having thoughts of suicide. Ignoring it or praying about it is not enough. We must learn to help keep each other safe. Please join us as together we learn suicide prevention skills and help community heal. We welcome all ages.
Monday, May 11th at 6:00-7:15pm at the Sacramento Campus Office Conference Room.
